All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No payment required upfront.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Email billing@aiventure.co.in with your registered email and reason. We process refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
AI credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Custom enterprise setup fees are non-refundable.
For payment issues, contact us at billing@aiventure.co.in before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve all issues within 48 hours.
